Drought: the availability of water from the Moreau dam becomes urgent

Due to the severe drought affecting northern Grande-Terre, making water available from the Moreau dam to farmers is a matter of crop survival. The situation is really worrying because the Gaschet and Letaye dams show extremely low water levels.
