“Continued digitization”
At the heart of the new strategy, deployed by the new Managing Director Roland Armbruster, in place for six months, are in particular digitization, the beauty and perfumery segment as well as food products, for which the accent must be placed on the proximity of suppliers and the “homemade”. In twelve of its main stores, the spaces dedicated to fashion must also be modernized.
“The continuation of digitalization will also be a key element of our success, particularly at the company’s headquarters with simpler, more agile and more efficient processes and organization”, said Roland Armbruster, quoted in the press release. A new version of the mobile application should see the light of day by the end of the year.
