The man had emptied the family’s bank account before hitting the road, according to ABC.
He explains that he wanted to share the money with other people.
A dozen motorists stopped to grab the tickets.
Since the bank account was shared, no lawsuits are allowed from other family members.
However, the latter are asking those who have found the money to please return it to the Oregon State Police.
