The professor of critical care medicine added that the accumulation of gases in the stomach causes a state of discomfort in the digestive system, and the reason is due to the bloating it causes in the abdomen, which leads to the feeling of annoying cramps.
He recommended the need to replace soft drinks with drinking water, with the need to quit other wrong habits that cause flatulence, such as smoking and nervousness.
