Introduction:
We are missing such a forum!
But: How can we have a “good” Future -from such a “bad” -or troubled- present? (!) -Both nationally and globally? The mystics have given us an answer for this (from our own, to those of the HIM -like his own 2nd SG Day Hammer shieldand even the Taoists -Chinese or not!:
«Things are good because of how bad they are getting.!»…. ‘What for the fool is darkness, for the wise is Light.! «…. ‘Before the brightest dawn, comes the darkest part of the night!».
Whatever God may do for us – and He always has the last and most decisive word (!), the High Divine always “hopes that, ideally, we will learn from the purifications” (- these often in the form of “adversities”)…
In order to “evolve… And “progress” (!) in the “Change of Consciousness” (!!) -to the Job…And even for both: both “the most extreme victims and the most heartless oppressors” (!).
But finally the question remains: Can “something good come out of a Summit that is largely in the style of the current – and in great crisis – UN” – which itself is a reflection of the current world? (!). (… the same was said by the smug scribes of Jesus of Nazareth ! )… And here the high response would also be that: «It is what it is…«Nothing happens under the Divine Plan by accident»… And “Actually, and There has been “a certain justifying change of consciousness” – at least, many are of fed up with the ineffectiveness of the present, and yearning for something radically “new” to solve it”!!
In this sense, constructive and affirmative, we present, now as a “Public Letter”, the following Proposal to the Summit -and to any other similar instance… After all our own respective personal experience of almost 30 years, and many qualified international consultations in recent times… Proposal that, as focused on “Enduring and Transcendental Values for the Great Change”, has, in its lines -or “between the lines”, answers to other diverse issues of the current so challenging -and even at times very overwhelming- human, national, planetary, and beyond events!! (Both in the environmental, health, economic and social, as well as in the legal… And above all in terms of a vision integral!!)
Proposal for a new Global Governance for Peace:
We have, therefore, very much in mind for what follows, instances such as: the next “Summit of the Future” in NY at the end of next September, “the Cali Summit in Colombia, on the Protection of Natural Biodiversity”, at the end of next October… !!
1) It must be understood that this is not a compulsory bureaucratic institutional system, Sand it would be -rather- a “New Consciousness of decentralized and functional Self-Governance”l» -based more on spontaneous «Virtudecracy» than on any «democracy» or «authoritarian institutional totalitarianism» -Because such types of systems, without «Values» (whose meaning is: «healthy and strong!»)…. become tyrannical- and, therefore, unsustainable!
2) And from the above, Tunderstanding as a great Transversal Notion, in effect: that of “Sustainability or Perdurability» ! -and in which the best of the today very fashionable -but also very rhetorically abused or misunderstood- “sustainable development” -which we should rather call “Sustainable Well-being” (!)- would be “re-encountered”…And taking into account what which all the great Spiritual Creeds of the world express !
3) As well as The basic precepts of this Divine Natural Orderergo: «The Sacred Interdependence or Interconnection of All Life, and “Unity in Diversity”» –derived from the previous !
4) For all of which, it would be more about, rather than “educating about something new” (for the purposes of establishing said “new” Responsible Consciousness), rather “Re-educate about something lost» !!! …Something, then, inherent al Divine and Human Order of Natural Life ! …And therefore, already dwelling in “our own ancestral memory ‘chips’” or own Heart!
5) Therefore, this “Core Re-education Task” would have to be undertaken, for its greatest effectiveness, with “the infallible tools of the L“language of the Heart”(!!) -more than the merely squared “intellectual language” (!) …Ergo: “the tools of Lo Experiential (!!) and those of the Genuine until» !! (… poetry, music, dance, painting, sculpture, etc…)
-6a) Return to the noble and lofty founding roots of the UN !! (…the same ones that leaders like Hammarksjold, U Thant – and those who accompanied them seriously in such a noble feat!) …Roots deeply rooted in the basic precepts above for reference: And in particular the teachings of the «“Primordial Natural Order” as “Open Book of Divine Order” … for “Unity in diversity and lasting Peace”» ! (The hundreds of delegates who signed the UN Founding Charter in San Francisco in [1945[1945[1945[1945were taken to an inspiring Sanctuary Nearby Primordial Naturalbefore beginning the deliberations leading to the signature!!)…
-6b) Act at all times under “the connotation of «Integral Society or State» as «Protagonist» (!!) (…In “the citizen, the environmental, the economic and the political” -and not just the mere “governments in power”o»: Note: the first Article of the UN Founding Charter of [1945[1945[1945[1945speaks, once again, of: «We the Peoples…» (!!) And no, only governments!
-6c) Reform the “Charter for Universal Human Rights” (which, a year later, would be added to the Founding Charter as a basic reference document of the UN)… with the broadest and most accurate title and respective reformed content, in light of the new times and imperative awareness, of: “Letter from Homework and Universal Rights of humans and other creatures of Creation and the Cosmos, for Responsible Fraternity and Enduring Peacefor All!»… (this is a sub-proposal, subject to further details!)
6d)…And, taking into account all of the above, the following minimum institutional spaces:
*6d-i) «General Assembly of the Integral States» (!!) (citizens, responsible businesses, and governments, appropriately included, in the respective accredited delegations to the same) …Not only, then, based on “Nation-States” but on the various Bio-Regions or Bio-Dimensions of the Planet (!!) -not interrupted by any “merely narrow political boundary”! Such as: The vital “Tropical Belt» (!)…whatever the continent or country…. «He Arctic«…los «oceans -and his emblematic beings such as the whales»… los «big rivers«… los «indigenous or aboriginal peoples ancestral…and all the GGreat Spiritual Creeds of the world»… «the vast outer space»… Y «Other bio-dimensions or common goods, forming part of a Vital Heritage for the Life of All!
*6d-ii) One Replacement Council of the current narrow and elite dome “Security Council”… With the much broader title and field of action of: a “Sustainability or Durability Council (political, ecological, social, economic, cultural and ethical-spiritual))» !! …Made up of wise men, leaders or natural exponents emerging from the different bio-regions or bio-dimensions !!
*6d-iii) Relaunch the initial idea of and awareness-raising and practical “Urgent Experiential Re-education System”–to the Enduring Responsible Peace for All!!
*6d-iv) Among the three entities or spaces mentioned above, both the “Assembly of Integral States” and the “Sustainability Council“, as well as “the Renewed Re-education for Peace and the Reconscientizing System”, would be in charge of giving more general lines of the new responsible and effective World Governance! …
In conclusion:
Knowing that it would, per se, be of a “self-managed, decentralized nature” and even capable of “replicating the global model at a local level, according to the specificities of each area”!
May the Divine Supreme enlighten us, and make us confess!!…We believe, however, that with precepts of this type, Victory would be assured!!
