DRC: received by Jules Alingete, Dénis Kambayi shows his support for the fight against corruption led by the IGF

Former Senator Denis Kambayi was received this Friday, August 9 at the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) by Jules Alingete Key, head of department. The former Minister of Sports came to show his support for the fight against corruption and the embezzlement of public funds that this department attached to the Presidency of the Republic has been leading for 4 years.

“We must come from time to time to encourage him so that he feels that he is supported by all Congolese. It is for the interest of the Republic, that is why I made this appointment,” Denis Kambayi told the press after the hearing.

Jules Alingete’s host took advantage of this opportunity to learn a little more about the IGF report on the management of infrastructure in the greater Kasai and greater Katanga areas. He also took an interest in what he called: “the smell of embezzlement” at the level of the Senate Office and is awaiting the finalization of the investigations of the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) “on funds made available to the Senate Office for the months of March, April, May.”

It should be recalled that the IGF’s fight against corruption is now of interest to all Congolese people who are patriotic. This is why visits of encouragement and support continue to follow one another at the General Inspectorate of Finance.

Since Félix Tshisekedi’s accession to the supreme magistracy, the General Inspectorate of Finance has been at the forefront in the fight against corruption in the DRC with several eloquent reports. The commitment of this competent and honest senior official earned him an award from the prestigious American magazine Forbes International and invitations to the Belgian Parliament, the European Parliament, Cameroon and South Africa.
