DRC: Ministers of Justice, Infrastructure, Town Planning and Land Affairs must inventory, each in their attributions, the heritage of the State (Félix Tshisekedi)

The Head of State Félix Tshisekedi, during the ninety-fourth meeting of the Council of Ministers of this April 14, which he chaired, instructed the Ministers of Justice, Infrastructure, Public Works, Urbanism and Habitat and the one in charge of Land Affairs to inventory all the partnership agreements relating to the real estate heritage of the Congolese State.

According to the extract from the report of the said council, if some of the partnership agreements, linked to real estate, aim to enhance the heritage of the State, others on the other hand, would have the effect of pure and simple alienation of a part of the latter.

Faced with this situation, he, on the one hand, drew the council’s attention to the need for consistency in government action in this matter to avoid situations of indelicacy and confusion which are likely to a discredit on the State, and on the other hand” one can read.
