The Minister of Public Finance, Nicolas KAZADI, during the last Council of Ministers held in Kinshasa, presented the report on the mobilization of revenue by the various financial authorities.
In his speech, he said that the level of revenue achieved between January and February 2023 is satisfactory compared to what was expected.
“The cumulative revenue from January 1 to February 28, 2023 showed 2.123 billion CDF. This represents a 98% achievement rate compared to the expected linear forecasts of CDF 2.173 billion,” he said.
In addition, Nicolas KAZADI declared that a stagnation is observed at the level of the General Directorate of Administrative, Judicial, State and Participations Revenue (DGRAD), following the late organization of control missions which began last quarter of the year 2022.
