Drama ‘Tanke Ka Sahara’: Is marriage a gamble?

Marriage is a gamble but it is in our power to some extent which casino we have to choose for it, what is played in the casino of which area and how it is played, how much to play. Our pocket allows and what remains?

Tanke Ka Sahara, a drama based on the theme of ‘Shaadi Ek Joa Hai’, is challenging this. Perhaps the drama is being written and presented on the same basis, how much is gambling and how much is power, what is in the pocket and what is being invested, who is the support in wealth and love?

Qadr and Darya are the main characters of the play. These characters are not heroes but the reflection of the society, which is shown.

These two boys are the reflection of this society where sons are only the symbol of masculinity and the support of livelihood or inheritors, so they are not trained so Vasa and Hamad are sociologists while Darya and Qadr are characters.

The training element is eaten away by the point of masculinity like a termite, as they themselves and others suffer.

Where did it come from? After the sudden death of Qadr’s mother, her elder sister brings her to her house, so she has become a headache for her mother-in-law and the madam wants to get her married to cure herself and her son. On the other hand, the son wants to sell his in-law’s house and start a business with this money as if he wants to take full possession.

Qadr doesn’t ask for her share from this house, she just tells her sister that she doesn’t want to get married, she will get a job, but her sister explains that a woman’s real home is always her husband’s house, especially orphans and A destitute woman has no choice but to marry.

She realizes that she is a burden and must get rid of it. As she was a shocker before, she is now a shocker and marries a man who has been chosen by her sister’s mother-in-law and the sister-in-law has chosen her. The thing has been accepted blindly.

Qadr wants the respect of the husband in the house. Jessie’s honor is her brother’s in the eyes of her mother-in-law.

The path to honor has been opened by his prowess, but now the mother-in-law cannot follow this path because her son is unemployed.

Zanjeel Asim Shah has said that ‘Tanke ka Sahara’ means love here. He further explained that ‘There is a story of two girls. Both start their lives together. A girl is worth nothing. Zanjeel further said that ‘I believe that money is a lot but not everything, peace of heart, peace and happiness is in love which a person can fight for survival. There is also a message for girls who wish for a rich husband that the most painful thing is disrespect, so try not to indulge in indulgent behaviors no matter how rich someone is. Should be.’
