The tribute ceremony for the two young brothers who tragically died in an explosion in Arvida took place at 3 p.m. Sunday, at the Chicoutimi funeral complex.
Only 25 people might attend the tributes paid to these two brothers who lost their lives on January 10. Priest Mario Tremblay presided over this touching ceremony filled with testimonies from the family. “Édouard, a baby smile, from up there, you give us your courage with your smile”, we heard in particular.
“It’s not a tragedy that we can celebrate, we can celebrate the life of the two children, which was too short. They had a life, they had their personality, their characteristics. That’s what we want to celebrate with the family. We want to send them all our love,” said the priest, Mario Tremblay.
During the ceremony, we heard several songs and stories chosen by the relatives.
The chapel that welcomed family and loved ones was filled with toys, balloons and flowers.
