In Goma in eastern DR Congo, a hundred Burundian soldiers arrived as part of the deployment of a regional force. A force whose mission is to put an end to the violence perpetrated by armed groups, including the M23 rebels. The Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs spoke regarding the scandal linked to the remarks of President Kais Saied, hostile to sub-Saharan migrants and students. The Tunisian authorities have not apologized but the presidency has announced measures in favor of these migrants.
