The New York group Dover Corp. (ISIN: US2600031080, NYSE: DOV) will pay its shareholders a quarterly dividend of $0.50. Payment will be made on March 15, 2022 (Record day: February 28, 2022). The dividend thus remains stable compared to the previous quarter.

Annualized payout is $2.00. The current dividend yield is 1.25 percent at the stock price of $160.21 (as of February 11, 2022). Dover increased the dividend in August 2021 for the 66th year in a row (+1 percent).

Dover Corporation is a manufacturer of industrial products and employs approximately 25,000 people. For the fourth quarter ended December 31 of fiscal 2021, the company had revenue of $1.99 billion compared to $1.78 billion in the prior year, as reported on January 27, 2022. Adjusted earnings (non-GAAP) were $259 million (prior year: $225 million).
