Moisture in the closets of the house is a real problem, as this smell can infiltrate and damage clothes. And in this article, we give you tricks to avoid moisture in your wardrobe.
- For starters, it’s important to put clothes, especially sheets and towels, in order only when they are completely dry.
- And when you arrange your clothes and linens at home. Try to leave a little space between them to enhance ventilation.
- Ventilate the cupboards regularly. It is the solution that prevents moisture from seeping out. Leave the doors open for a few minutes to ventilate the cabinet.
- Take the time to empty the entire cupboard and deep clean it. Leave the closet to dry completely before putting clothes in it.
- Put some chalk in the cupboard, as it absorbs moisture and helps reduce buildup. It accumulates unpleasant odors.
- You can put some pieces of chalk in a small cloth bag with holes. And put it in a damp place.
- You can also put on the shelves or in the drawers a small cloth bag with a handful of rice inside.
- Add some dried flower leaves, incense, or scented soap to create a lovely scent.
