Interrupted sleep causes many health problems. It can be caused by several reasons that affect sleep soundly at night. Find out the main reasons in the following article:

Sudden change in routine: such as changing home or bedtimes. Or joining a new job and other things that change the usual routine.

Stress and anxiety: Feeling stressed affects the sleep pattern, as it leads to a lot of thinking. Difficulty getting a deep sleep at night.

Ambient atmosphere: Continuous sleep needs a quiet atmosphere, and therefore any noise, strong lighting and other things can cause sleep disturbances.

Frequent need to urinate: Frequent need to urinate can occur as a result of a health problem. Or due to a lot of fluid intake in the evening. Which causes waking up during sleep.

Frequent nightmares: Troublesome nightmares during sleep cause one to wake up several times. Especially with recurrence. Some people suffer from these nightmares.
