Eye redness following sleep is a common issue for many, and it is said that the beauty of a person is from the beauty of his eyes, and people often talk regarding a person’s eyes as being beautiful with the color of the iris, whether they are hazel, black, blue or green, but they do not notice the white of the eye that formed the background of this color.
Perhaps the truth regarding the beauty of the eye lies in its purity, and the intensity of the luster of its whiteness, and cosmetic experts consider that the intensity of the whiteness of the eyes is a good way to gain attractiveness and magic, as the intensity of whiteness makes our eyes appear as wide, shiny, more alert and active.
And some supporting tips will make our lives more charming and attractive:
1. Diet.
The weakness of the white color in the eye sends a clear message to those we meet that we are in a poor health condition, and it may not be an expression of a specific disease, but rather a reaction in which our body is trying to tell us regarding malnutrition.
On the other hand, our concern for the health of our foods will reflect the health of our eyes, and the most important thing is to avoid introducing toxins to the body such as alcohol and nicotine by smoking or harmful fats in fast and fried foods.
2. Dehydration.
Dry eyes are one of the main factors that turn the whites of the eyes red, so we must drink our daily need of water to prevent dehydration, support detoxification and stimulate tear production, and we should wash the eyes a little when exposed to dust and polluted air.
3. Sleep.
Lack of sleep and fatigue are one of the fastest factors for eye redness and pallor, so there is nothing equivalent to deep sleep to restore the luster of the eyes, and we can practice relaxation and meditation to enter into a deep sleep.
4. Eye strain.
Sitting in front of the computer screen and TV most of the time, causes fatigue to the eyes, so the hours of exposure to these radiations should be reduced, and keep the room well lit because the dark room increases the dilation of the pupils and the percentage of exposure to radiation from the screen.
5. Sunglasses.
Sunglasses protect your eyes from harmful UV rays.
6. Avoid rubbing the eyes.
It is not permissible to rub or rub the eye by hand, as this leads to the transfer of bacteria to the conjunctiva and its redness, and when necessary, the eye can be washed with water as an alternative to rubbing it.
7. Early morning walk.
The cornea of the eye takes oxygen directly from the atmospheric air, not through the blood, so we find the necessity of exposure to the early morning air, as it is less polluted and a lot of oxygen, which enhances the health and activity of the eye, preferably shortly before sunrise, because the sun’s rays dismantle the ozone activated gas for humans.
