Don’t miss dinner… Advice that blows up everything we’ve learned previously!

Dinner has always been a link between research horses over the past years, between a supporter of it and a warning of its danger to health, but new advice has blew up all the previous information we read on this subject.

The Lebanese nutritionist, Carla Habib Murad, stressed that eating dinner is very important, warning of the danger of missing this meal.

As she explained in a post on her Instagram account, it is better to eat dinner late than not at all.

She also indicated the danger of missing this meal.

Watch out for fats and sugars

She cautions, however, to avoid eating too much sugar and fat at night, in case we decide to have dinner late.

She explained that delaying that meal actually affects digestion, as a person can suffer from poor digestion, but that is much lighter than missing this meal.

3 or 4 hours before bed

She attributed this to the fact that if the body does not get dinner, it will need more calories at breakfast the next day in order to compensate for what it lacks, and also it can ask for foods with much more calories than if it gets a simple dinner even if it is late.

It is noteworthy that dinner meals, according to recent statistics, represent 20% of the total volume of food eaten by an individual per day.

Experts also usually advise that it should be taken 3 or 4 hours before bedtime.
