People usually take tea following foods, but there are some foods that should be avoided followingwards.

There is a list of meals that should be avoided when drinking a hot cup of tea, according to India, as follows:

flour

Flour is an additional food to many meals, usually snacks made with flour.

Drinking tea following that has side effects on your health that can lead to digestive problems, which can later cause constipation and acidity.

green vegetables

The compounds in tea can bind to iron and prevent its absorption into the body. It contains compounds called tannins and oxalates, which can block the absorption of iron, especially vegetable iron, which affects the iron that the body needs.

lemon

Eating citrus fruits, including lemon, and then drinking tea leads to many health problems, including feeling bloated.

turmeric

Avoid drinking tea following foods that are high in turmeric, as the chemical elements in tea and turmeric can harm your digestive health.

nuts

Eating tea following nuts can have serious health effects, as a compound called tannin in tea can block the absorption of nutrients when taken with nuts.
