‘Donkey ear’ Ho-young Jeong, develops a new menu using Jeju bracken

Chef Jung Ho-young stimulated the taste buds of viewers with a gourmet tour in Jeju Island.

Jung Ho-young appeared on KBS2’s ‘The boss’s ear is a donkey ear’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘donkey ear’), which was broadcast at 5 pm on the 24th.

On this day, Jeong Ho-young went on a gourmet tour to Jeju Island with the staff to develop a new menu for the udon restaurant. Jung Ho-young, who met his staff, said, “If you are not hungry, you cannot eat deliciously.”

Jeong Ho-young showed charisma as a boss by finding Japanese restaurants on Jeju Island to taste each dish, and advising employees, “Don’t just eat, think about ideas.” In her delicious food, Jung Ho-young provoked her laughter by pouring out several questions to find out her secret.

Afterwards, Jung Ho-young, who started developing a new menu, showed off his professional side by selecting Jeju bracken as an ingredient and trying various recipes. Ho-Young Jung completed the new menu items, Bracken Bibim Udon and Bracken Roll, and drew attention by presenting them to customers.

Jung Ho-young asked for an evaluation of the taste of bracken udon and bracken roll, reading customer reviews one by one and regaining confidence, while continuing his efforts to the end, he raised expectations for the new menu by Ho-Young Jeong.
