Doncic adds 53 points, Lakers lose in Brooklyn and Magic stun Sixers

Los Angeles (USA), 31 Jan. Luka Doncic, with 53 points, was the great protagonist of the NBA this Monday in which the Los Angeles Lakers fell to the Brooklyn Nets and the Orlando Magic surprised the Philadelphia 76ers who had seven consecutive victories.

The Magic, who were trailing by 21 points in the second quarter, made a great comeback at home once morest the Sixers who came up fast and fell apart in the second half (47-67).

Paolo Banchero (29 points and 9 rebounds) and Joel Embiid (30 points and 11 rebounds) were the most outstanding for Orlando and Philadelphia, respectively.

THUNDER 120 – WARRIORS 128

With a sensational Stephen Curry (38 points, 8 rebounds and 12 assists), the Golden State Warriors chained their fourth victory in the last five games.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (31 points and 7 assists) led the Thunder.

SPURS 106 – WIZARDS 127

Seven Wizards players surpassed 10 points as the Washington team extended its terrific streak to six straight wins.

Deni Avdija (25 points and 9 rebounds) was the top scorer for the Wizards while the Spurs, sunk with six consecutive losses, Keldon Johnson led the attack (26 points).

Mikal Bridges (29 points and 6 assists) took the lead for the Phoenix Suns in their victory once morest the Toronto Raptors who failed to straighten the course.

Fred VanVleet (24 points and 9 assists) captained the Canadian team in which the Spanish Juancho Hernangómez added a steal in 7 minutes on the track.

TIMBERWOLVES 111 – KINGS 118

After losing on Saturday to the Timberwolves, the Sacramento Kings took revenge on the Minnesota team with an overtime victory led by De’Aaron Fox (32 points).

Anthony Edwards (33 points and 8 rebounds) was the beacon for the Wolves.

BLAZERS 129 – HAWKS 125

Damian Lillard (42 points and 6 assists) was measured in a great face-to-face with Dejounte Murray (40 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists) that ended in victory for the Portland Trail Blazers.

Trae Young was absent from the Atlanta Hawks.
