PETTENBACH. At a concert, donations of 2,000 euros were collected for the Social Communication and Coordination Office (SoKKo) Pettenbach.
Last Advent a wonderful Christmas concert took place in the Floriani Chapel in the Almtalcamp. The festive event was dedicated to deceased friends and acquaintances from the camp and was initiated by the Florian Herndler and Carola Angerer family, in compliance with all Covid-19 regulations. The musical and contemplative framework was provided by Klaus Minichshofer, Barbara Hoheneder, Andrea Kern and Werner Döbl.
Donation is used sensibly and to reduce the need
A call for donations from the organizers for the SoKKo Pettenbach raised 2,000 euros. Local councilor Heidemarie Fischer (ÖVP) made this generous donation on behalf of the residents of the Almtalcamp. This shows the cohesion in a church when, in a really difficult time, the heart is still open to people close by. Special thanks go to the initiators, all those involved in the concert, the residents of the Almtalcamp and donors. The head of the social communication and coordination office Danusa Neuhauser took over the donation and assures that every euro “from Pettenbacher for Pettenbacher” will be used sensibly and to reduce the need.
