A man stabbed his partner on Sunday evening in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean. The attack occurred in a house located on Chaussée de Ninove.
“We confirm an intervention by our service around 8 p.m.,” said Brussels West police zone spokesperson François Ganzeman to Bruzz. “The woman in question was the victim of domestic violence and was stabbed by her partner. We have drawn up a report for intentional assault and battery.”
The victim was taken to hospital on Sunday. His companion was arrested by the police.
