MEXICO CITY.— This Friday, the US currency started the day with a loss, offering itself in the international markets in 18.2501 pesos per dollar wholesaleaccording to the platform financial investing.

At the start of today’s activity in the foreign exchange marketthe dollar registered a decline of 0.49%, corresponding to 0.0844 units.

The dollar closed Thursday at 18.3454 pesos per dollar, and opened today at 18.358 pesos per dollar, representing an annual variation of 7.19%.

This Friday, June 21, 2024, the price of the dollar in Mexico opened the retail day with a Maximum sale price of 19.3798 pesos per dollar.

According to information from various banking institutions, at the opening, the US dollar is selling today for up to 19.3798 pesos in branches of the Bank of America, while the maximum purchase value is 18.10 pesos at the windows of the Inbursa bank.

Below is the list of retail prices, for purchase and sale, in bank branches:

For purchase, the lowest price is 17.10 pesos per dollar offered by Banorte bank and the highest is: 18.10 pesos per dollar offered by Inbursa bank.

What is the value of cryptocurrencies today?

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization stood at $2.32 trillion this morning, which represents a decrease of 2.30% so far compared to the last trading day.

In the past 24 hours, the market traded a total volume of $68.6 trillion, representing an increase of 9.39%.

According to the agency The Economy Forecast AgencyYesterday, the dollar exchange rate registered a variation of -0.53% compared to the previous day.

For next Monday, June 24, 2024, the agency sets a maximum purchase price of 18,040 pesos per dollar, while its sales forecast is up to 18,590 pesos per dollar.
