Doha: Qatar’s Ministry of Social Development and Family will also participate in the Doha Horticultural Expo. The Ministry of Social Development is participating in the expo with local producers.
Around 60 local producers will be participating as part of the ‘From the Homeland’ initiative in the restaurant and family zones. Ministry of Social Development stated that the expo is also a part of finding international market for local products. It is also an opportunity for visitors and guests from different parts of the world to taste and know the unique dishes of Qatar.
Food products, various flavors, handicrafts, clothes, products including honey and other eco-friendly products will be displayed in various stalls. 88 countries are participating in the International Horticultural Expo which will last for six months from October 2nd to March 28th.
