High in the Himalayan mountains, where crisp air and breathtaking views reign supreme, even the resident dog population seems to enjoy a good time. In a charming, small town nestled among the rugged peaks, one canine in particular decided to take a rather unconventional approach to unwinding.
Captured in a truly unforgettable image, the four-legged friend appears to be deep in slumber, sprawled comfortably on whatever cushion was available. What makes this snooze session truly unique, however, is the empty beer bottle visible beside the slumbering pup.
It seems this adventurous dog stumbled upon a discarded brew and, in a moment of canine curiosity, decided to sample its contents. It’s unclear exactly how much of the beer made its way into the dog’s system, but the peaceful guzzle it has succumbed to suggests that it was perhaps more than just a passing sip.

## Doggy Drinks?
Good evening, and welcome back. Tonight we’re joined by photographer Franziska Ellinger, who captured a rather unusual sight on her recent trip to the Indian Himalayas. Franziska, thank you for joining us.
**Franziska:** Thank you for having me.
**Host:** So, you took a photo of a dog that seems…well, a bit tipsy. Could you tell us a little bit about what you saw?
**Franziska:** Absolutely. I was walking through a small town, and I spotted this dog lying asleep next to an empty beer bottle. He was snoring softly and seemed completely content. It was clear he’d enjoyed a bit too much of the local brew!
**Host:** Did anyone seem concerned about the dog?
**Franziska:** Not at all. It seemed quite common for the dogs in the area to have a bit of a tipple. The locals seemed to find it quite amusing.
**Host:** Interesting! Do you think this is something that happens often in this area?
**Franziska:** It’s hard to say for sure, but based on what I witnessed, it definitely seems like dogs sharing drinks with their human companions isn’t altogether uncommon in this part of the world.
