Does the bank or finance company have the right to withdraw the car in case of late payment? .. Watch a “lawyer” answer and reveal a single condition

Al-Marsad newspaper: Lawyer Abd al-Rahman al-Rubai responded to a question from a person saying: “Does the bank or finance company have the right to withdraw the car if it is a lease ending with ownership, in the event of delays in the payment of installments for two or three months?”

And he said, during a video clip, which he posted on his account on the “Tik Tok” application, that the bank or the financing company has no right to withdraw the car, no matter how long the delay in paying the installments is, even if it reaches a year.

He continued, even if there is written in the contract a clause that allows the company or the bank to withdraw the car, if the renter defaults, the car cannot be towed.

He added, the car is not entitled to be towed except in one case, which is if a court ruling was issued and it gained finality and was referred to the Execution Court and issued a decision to tow the car, then the withdrawal is made by companies supervised by the Execution Court.
