He has not received some dues from the Italian club yet
Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has responded to the Italian Public Prosecutor’s Office in Turin to testify in the Juventus “salary maneuver” case.
The Italian club suffered a strong shock in the last period, following 15 points were deducted from the team’s balance in the Italian League, and some former members of the club’s management were suspended due to accusations of manipulation of private accounts and profits.
The newspaper “La Gazzetta dello Sport” confirmed that Ronaldo responded to the request of the Public Prosecutor, and made himself available to attend the preliminary hearing before Judge Marco Picco for the investigation on the 27th of next March.
It is scheduled that the Saudi Al-Nasr striker will be asked to provide some clarifications regarding his failure to obtain an amount of 20 million euros from the Italian club, which he left in the summer of 2021.
It is worth noting that the 37-year-old joined Juventus in July 2018 for 117 million euros, and then left for Manchester United before joining Al-Nassr during the current winter transfer period, with a record salary of 200 million euros per season.
