Does drinking milk after eating fish cause vitiligo?.. Health experts settle the controversy

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Experts confirmed that there is no scientific evidence that eating milk following fish is harmful to health and leads to vitiligo or skin diseases.

According to Al-Arabiya, experts said that it has not been scientifically proven that there is a need to avoid eating milk and fish together, but rather that curd is used in a variety of fish dishes.

They explained that the healthiest diet worldwide is the Mediterranean diet, which includes a mixture of fish, yogurt and milk.

Thus, experts denied the idea that drinking milk following eating fish might lead to vitiligo or cause skin diseases, or lead to gas, bloating and other problems in the digestive system.
