The lineup of “Last Call” of Dodge heads down the home stretch with a special edition vehicle that possesses a royal racing pedigree: the Dodge Charger King Daytona 2023a glorious name and with a great history to back it up.
The Dodge Charger King Daytona 2023 traces its lineage back to a West Coast icon of the 1960s and 1970s: William “Big Willie” Robinson, who nicknamed his 1969 Dodge Charger as the “King Daytona”.

Robinson helped move illegal racing to safer locations, also seeking to create a playground that would end conflict and rivalry during the Watts Riots in Los Angeles. He founded the Brotherhood Raceway Park on Terminal Island for that purpose. He passed away in 2012.
“The special edition Dodge Charger King Daytona pays homage to a true icon of muscle car history”said Tim Kuniskis, CEO of Dodge.
