The provision to the public of a tanning device is framed by several texts which specify in particular the requirements in terms of training of the people who make these devices available (beauticians, etc.)

“Warning: In view of the training certificate requirements for making a tanning device available to the public or participating in this provision, the training needs until the end of 2018 are limited to the first new formula training. No candidate will have to renew a certificate of competence by a renewal training before January 1, 2019 at the earliest. A certificate of competence issued by a training organization following a renewal training before 2019 will not comply with the regulations in force and therefore invalid. In addition, with regard to the certification process, the offer of renewal training instead of initial training by a training organization will be formalized by a major non-conformity. »
