Until regarding age 25, marijuana use during childhood and youth may harm the developing brain (1,2). The negative effects of adolescent cannabis use include (1):
1. Problems with thinking and problem solving
2. Problems with memory and learning
Decreased coordination between hands, eyes and legs
4. Lack of concentration, difficult to maintain attention.
5. Problems with school and social life
