NTT Docomo will start new rate plans “irumo” and “eximo” from July 1st.

OCN Mobile ONE was once operated by NTT Communications as an MVNO, but the company became a subsidiary of NTT DoCoMo and specialized in corporate business, and the business was transferred to NTT Resonant.
