Technology company OpenAI has released the paid version of ChatGPT in the Netherlands. For USD 24.20 (converted to EUR 22.65) per month, the chatbot works faster and without a queue. Paying users can also be the first to try out new features.
It is not yet mandatory to switch to the paid version of ChatGPT. If you do not pay, you may have to deal with queues. At busy times, paying users are given priority.
OpenAI also promises that the chatbot works faster with paying users. For example, having an essay written can be done in a few seconds, instead of a few minutes.
ChatGPT is a kind of chatbot with artificial intelligence. You can have a conversation with ChatGPT, but you can also be helped with assignments and questions such as ‘Give me three recipes for pasta with chicken’, ‘What are the five best outings in Den Bosch?’ and ‘What is the best way to paint a wall?’
The answers are often useful and good, but sometimes ChatGPT is still a bit wooden. The program can also provide incorrect information.
The paid version of the chatbot has been available in the United States since the beginning of this month. Last weekend, the paid version was also released in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands, among others. The subscription to ChatGPT can currently only be paid by credit card.
