Emirates’ ultra-luxury first class service is more popular than ever.
Passengers purchasing first class tickets on Middle East Airlines can now enjoy unlimited caviar with a spoonful of mother-of-pearl and Dom Perignon champagne.
The new offer is part of Emirates’ £1.6 billion ($2 billion) investment to “improve the customer experience on board” and will include “a cinema that will be offered alongside other first-class services including a ‘snack menu'”. Enjoy custom-made lobster rolls and sliders while watching a movie.

New First Class services include a ‘cinema meal menu’ (above) that allows passengers to order savory popcorn, lobster rolls and sliders upon request.
Other dishes that first-class travelers can expect include pan-fried salmon with Creole rice, roast duck breast with steamed broccolini, and potato fondant.
As for non-meat options, the vegan menu has been upgraded to include “handmade gourmet” dishes such as roasted king oyster mushrooms, “delicious” jackfruit biryani and “orange kohlrabi slices” now served.
Top-notch vegan desserts include chocolate truffle cake with hazelnuts, pistachios and gold leaf or green grape tart garnished with “yuzu pearls” garnished with candied rose petals, vanilla custard and raspberry compote. It has been described as a “degenerate event” as well, which you can choose from. .
