Emirates’ ultra-luxury first class service is more popular than ever.

New First Class services include a ‘cinema meal menu’ (above) that allows passengers to order savory popcorn, lobster rolls and sliders upon request.
Other dishes that first-class travelers can expect include pan-fried salmon with Creole rice, roast duck breast with steamed broccolini, and potato fondant.
As for non-meat options, the vegan menu has been upgraded to include “handmade gourmet” dishes such as roasted king oyster mushrooms, “delicious” jackfruit biryani and “orange kohlrabi slices” now served.
Top-notch vegan desserts include chocolate truffle cake with hazelnuts, pistachios and gold leaf or green grape tart garnished with “yuzu pearls” garnished with candied rose petals, vanilla custard and raspberry compote.
