Music is the food of the soul, no matter the genre as long as you like it. That’s why we go from Queen to Carlos Vives, going through mainly instrumental shows and a bit of rock and roll that we so need. Here the news:

Marc Martel pays tribute to Queen

Marc Martel return to Argentina with his new show One Vision of Queen and it is presented this Sunday, April 30, no less than at Luna Park (Madero 460, CABA). He was the voice of the award-winning film Bohemian Rhapsody, he will interpret the best hits of the great British band. With sold out shows throughout his world tour (Europe, Central and South America, Africa and New Zealand), this Canadian became popular on YouTube for imitating the voice of Freddie Mercury, which opened the doors for him on important TV spots such as “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and an outstanding presentation in American Idol alongside Brian May and Roger Taylor. It was so that in 2018 she received the proposal to be the voice of Freddie in the biographical feature film, where she recorded the basis of most of the songs, to which original parts sung by Mercury were added. Trotsky Vengarán presents new album

the uruguayan band presents his 13th studio album “Everything is regarding to happen” to celebrate their more than 30 years of career. This album finds them with their roots intact in punk rock, at a time when the greatest figures of urban music flirt with sharp and forceful guitars. For the first time in their career, the quartet reveals their taste for ’80s rock. His summer-autumn 2023 tour has already covered a large part of Uruguay (La Paloma, Flores, Atlántida, Punta del Este, Santa Rosa, Cerro Largo, Treinta y Tres, etc.) and his next stop is at Cosquín Rock in Montevideo on April 21, prior to his show in Buenos Aires on May 13 at El Teatrito (Sarmiento 1752, CABA), where they will present songs from the new album plus the classics of their career.

Despite the recognition it has achieved in all these years, it continues to be a independent and self-managed band, a condition that has not prevented them from obtaining several gold and platinum records thanks to their constant and uninterrupted work. They have toured several Latin American countries, showing their music in Paraguay, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Colombia, the latter being the place chosen to record their live album “Una noche de rock en Medallo”, recorded during a concert in Medellín and which reflects the energy and festive atmosphere that Trotsky generates in his shows. Dancing Mood returns to La Plata
