Al-Marsad newspaper: Chest pain is the beginning of a heart attack, but this is not the only symptom.
There are 8 other warning signs that can appear in the weeks leading up to an event, including:
1- Back pain.
2-dizziness.
3-fainting.
4-Pain in the center of the chest extending to the neck, shoulder, or jaw.
5- Unusual fatigue, according to “Express”.
6-Unusual shortness of breath.
7-Pressure in the upper abdomen.
8-vomiting.
“Fatigue, sleep problems, shortness of breath, indigestion, and anxiety can all be early warning signs of heart disease,” explained Jean C. McSweeney, professor of women’s cardiovascular health.
