Most housewives have indispensable food staples in the kitchen, although overdoing them on foods can cause serious health problems.
And talking here specifically regarding chicken broth cubes, which most housewives use when preparing food as an alternative to “meat or chicken soup”, as the Times of India revealed that excessive consumption of it may cause serious health problems, most notably kidney failure.
The website pointed out that chicken broth contains a large percentage of salt, in addition to preservatives, emulsified fat powders, sugar, guar gum and starch, and therefore an excessive intake of it may cause kidney failure.
Other damages that may be caused by excessive consumption of chicken broth:
Excessive use of it may lead to diabetes because it contains a percentage of fat.
As a result of containing a large proportion of salts and spices, it leads to an increase in blood pressure.
Excessive use also leads to the accumulation of toxins in the body.
Destruction of mental cells, thus increasing the incidence of Alzheimer’s disease.
Heart disorders, gastritis, urinary disorders are among the damages caused by chicken stock.
They contain monosodium glutamate (MSG), which is a flavor enhancer and excessive consumption leads to weight gain and thus obesity.
It can affect the visual ability of humans, because it contains monosodium glutamate.
