Igor Bogdanov has revealed new details about the successor to the DJI Pocket 2. After sharing some shots from the camera at the beginning of the monthigor Bogdanov has now uploaded a short video of the device in use, along with a list of specifications written in Chinese. For reference, we used machine translation to produce the second image below.

As previous reports have suggested, DJI will launch a sequel to the Pocket 2 under the name Osmo Pocket 3. DJI has not only changed the name of its products from one generation to the next, but also replaced the 1/1.7-inch sensor by a larger 1-inch equivalent sensor. Additionally, the Osmo Pocket 3 will support 10-bit D-Log M color mode like some DJI drones, including the Mavic 3.

Additionally, the upcoming camera also has a small screen that can be rotated and the movement of which serves as a shortcut to start video recording. The same product description states that the screen will allow you to adjust camera settings on the fly or switch from a horizontal to a vertical shooting mode. Additionally, the Osmo Pocket 3 has three microphones for capturing stereo audio and minimizing wind noise, among other uses. Unfortunately, the release date remains unknown at this time, as do the price and availability.
