DIY kit to make your own Famicom… ‘Columbus Circle Famitsuku HDMI’

Columbus Circle, a Japanese gaming peripheral maker, has unveiled the ‘Famitsuku HDMI’, a DIY kit for making Nintendo Famicom-compatible devices.

Famitsuku HDMI consists of a Famicom compatible board capable of HDMI and composite output, two gamepads, an HDMI cable, an AV terminal cable, an AC adapter, and 20 Phillips screws.

When the user attaches the board to the desired object or place, such as a box or table, a unique Famicom is completed. You can enjoy the game by inserting the Famicom game cartridge (pack) into the Famitsuku HDMI board.

The Famitsuku HDMI is expected to be released in Japan in mid-September this year, priced at 7,678 yen.
