FTV artist Hana Hanifah has registered a divorce suit once morest her husband, Randy, at the Bogor Religious Court, West Java. Even though their marriage had only been a month.
The reason she sued her husband for divorce began when they performed the Umrah pilgrimage some time ago. Hana Hanifah said that when the dispute started with her husband, she was accompanied by her attorney, Acong Latif.
“This started when they performed the Umrah pilgrimage to Mecca. From there, Hana and her husband began to have a bad relationship,” said Acong Latif as attorney. Hana Hanifa when met in the Tebet area, South Jakarta, Thursday (12/10/2023).

Hana Hanifah also said that she wanted to take care of her mother who was sick following returning from Umrah. However, Randy is thought to not like Hana Hanifah taking care of his mother.
Even when returning from Umrah, Randy left Hana Hanifah and her family at the airport and went home first. This made Hana Hanifah feel hurt.
“Well, it started with that Umrah, when we were on Umrah together there was his mother, there was Hana, there her mother was sick. When her mother was sick, her husband didn’t like Hana to take care of his mother,” said Acong Latif.
“After returning from the Umrah at the airport, he left, he didn’t come home together, leaving Hana and her family. That’s not very good, showing that he doesn’t like being together, showing bad manners towards his parents and as the head of the family,” he said.
After the argument, Randy asked for the dowry that had been given to Hana Hanifah back.
“After returning from the Umrah, Hana’s husband, instead of making amends, instead asked for the wedding dowry or dowry back along with gifts. In our opinion, this is very fatal,” explained Acong Latif.
“Because according to the Marriage Law, it is mandatory that the dowry cannot be taken back. In terms of etiquette, this is very immoral, as well as according to religious law, it is haram to ask for it back and the husband is not even allowed to enjoy the dowry. That is completely the wife’s right,” he added.
There are other reasons that strengthen Hana Hanifah’s intention to sue her husband for divorce. Hana Hanifah claims to have found evidence that Randy was in touch with his ex-girlfriend once more.
“The other reason is that there are allegations of infidelity, the evidence of which we can only provide in court. These allegations are not just any allegations, there is evidence of chats, being caught, all kinds of things that according to Hana are no longer worthy of being someone who has a wife,” explained his attorney.
