In conclusion, the decrease in the price of white poultry and eggs comes as a relief for consumers who were burdened with high prices due to the import crisis and feed price increase. However, the demand for buying has decreased before Ramadan, which may affect the poultry industry. The data shows that Egypt is producing enough poultry to achieve self-sufficiency, but there is a need for more stability in the market to ensure a steady supply and stable prices. We hope that the situation improves in the upcoming weeks and that consumers can enjoy affordable and healthy food during the fasting month.
