The shareholders of Banco BBVA Argentina SA are informed that, in accordance with the resolutions of the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on April 28, 2023, the authorization of the Argentine Financial and Stock Exchange Institutions Authority of the Argentine Central Bank obtained on May 31, 2023 and at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 7, 2023, the shares of Banco BBVA Argentina SA will be made available and paid on October 5, 2023, in accordance with the authorization of the Argentine Financial Institutions Authority and stock exchange certificates of the Central Bank of Argentina obtained on May 31, 2023, the Bank will make available and pay to its existing shareholders in the share register of the Bank, as of October 2, 2023 (deadline) of the fifth installment, from October 5, 2023 (payment date), of a dividend, through the delivery of: A payment in kind: Up to 8,254,072,169 nominal value of the National Treasury Bond in Adjusted Pesos by CER with discount maturing on November 23, 2023 (ISIN ARARGE520DT9) Ticker .99% of the share capital of 612,710,079 ARS. Fractions less than 1 will be settled in pesos; or in cash: Up to ARS 8,400,169,246.50 at the rate of ARS 13.7098597435 for each share of the Company with a par value of 1 ARS.
