[이데일리 정두리 기자] The Korea Fintech Industry Association announced on the 11th that its affiliated research institute, the Digital Economy and Finance Research Institute, will launch a new publication ‘Digital Venture Asia’ (hereinfollowing referred to as DIVA, bimonthly) on the topic of fintech and related digital and venture industries.
This publication will cover trends in the rapidly growing digital and venture industries, focusing on major markets in Asia such as China, Japan, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
‘DIVA’ focuses on innovative changes and new opportunities in the Asian market and plans to provide analysis of the region’s fintech and venture industries. Through this publication, the researcher plans to highlight various aspects of Asian financial and digital markets and deliver information to industries such as fintech and investors.
The publication is published every other month, and the content covers the economy, digital or venture new industry markets, policies, and technology trends in major Asian countries. It is also expected to provide analysis on the startup and venture capital industries of major Asian countries and related policies in each country.
Director Jeong Yoo-shin said, “Asia will be the fastest growing region in the global economy over the next 10 years, and the financial, digital and venture industries in this region need to pay particular attention as future growth engines,” adding, “Through DIVA, Asia’s innovative financial and digital ·We want to look at the development of new venture industries and provide as much meaningful information as possible to related industries and investors.”
‘DIVA’ is published in electronic form and is available anywhere in the world through subscription. The first issue will focus on venture capital’s entry strategies into the Asian market and innovation cases of fintech companies.
