Dispute over Shivaji Ganesha’s property; Children in court

CHENNAI: Late actor Shivaji Ganesan’s property dispute in court. Santi and Rajvi, the daughters of Shivaji Ganesan, approached the Madras High Court. It is alleged in the petition that Natan Prabhu and Ramkumar, the brothers, have stolen property illegally.

The petition states that some of the properties were sold without their knowledge and others were given in the name of their sons. The sisters also accused Prabhu and Ramkumar of cheating by preparing a fake will.

Shivaji’s house in Gopalapuram was sold by Prabhu and Ramkumar for five crore rupees. Not a single share is paid for the rent of four houses in Royapettah. It is also stated in the petition that the share of Amma’s property and 1000 Pawan gold, diamond and silver ornaments worth around ten crores has not been paid yet. Sivaji Ganesan had bought properties in many places in Chennai using his acting earnings. They are currently estimated to be worth around Rs 271 crore.
