Growing demand for AI convergence manpower due to corporate digital transformation
Operation of job training courses by position and level for incumbents in the display industry
In line with the convenience of incumbent training, instructors directly conduct ‘company visit training’
The Korea Display Industry Association announced on the 21st that it will operate a specialized AI convergence training course for incumbents in the display industry as the demand for AI convergence manpower has recently increased significantly due to the digital transformation of display companies. This is the second year in a row.
The association produced a total of 87 companies and 229 trainees last year through the operation of the first ‘display industry AI convergence field-tailored human resources training’ project. It also recorded high satisfaction of 87 points or more from incumbents by raising awareness regarding the introduction of AI and organizing training that can be used in the real world.
This year, by actively reflecting the feedback of last year’s trainees, ▲extending the exchange time between instructors and trainees ▲establishing a course to utilize process and quality image data ▲step-by-step training design from basic to advanced ▲mentoring consulting has been strengthened.
In particular, this year, in order to provide educational convenience for incumbents, ‘business visit training’, where instructors directly visit companies to conduct AI training, will be conducted. .
Through this training, the Korea Display Industry Association is expected to foster experts tailored to the field of display industry-AI convergence and lead to a shift in awareness of the introduction of AI in the industry.
Recruitment for this training is on a first-come, first-served basis, and you can check the course and apply for training through the ‘display-mooc.com’ website. In addition, free video lectures, special lectures on display-AI, and issue reports are provided to graduates to enhance field application.
