Castro maintained that it is uncertain if the insurance will incur the costs of repairing the vehicle, which he estimates will exceed 25,000 pesos.

The remains of alcohol, broken bottles and a strong smell of urine predominated in the surroundings of the aforementioned park, where elderly people reside and were also affected.
