A closed beta opens
Always expected for this summer on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, Disney Speedstormthe game that intends to roll in the territory of the tireless Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, comes today to give us some news to announce a little surprise.
From today, players can actually play with many heroes from the Disney/Pixar universe thanks to the launch of the PC closed beta of Disney Speedstorm. Some lucky people have already received access when others can join the event by registering for the program by clicking on this lien.
Available exclusively on the Epic Game Store and Steam, this limited-time closed beta gives players their first chance to race once morest each other as iconic Disney and Pixar heroes and villains on stunning tracks.
What content for this beta?
By participating in this closed beta, players will be able to preview the different mechanics of the racing game, but also control some of their favorite heroes and villains, starting with Belle and her companion the Beast, but also by Mulan et Li Shang, Captain Jack Sparrow et Elizabeth Swann, Mickey et Donald, Baloo et Mowgli. Two gift heroes are also added to the cast, namely Hercule et country.
During this period, players will be able to upgrade and customize their characters, and progress through the single player mode of the Adventure map. On weekends, they will be able to participate in online ranked races and practice all the skills they have learned in the most competitive races around and take advantage of the specificities of the circuits, combat items and unique skills. characters to cross the finish line first.
Note that this beta also includes several circuits inspired by Disney films. We can also count on the presence of a level dedicated to the Jungle Book, but also to another on the Hercules universe or even on Pirates of the Caribbean, Beauty and the Beast, Mulan and other films that have unfortunately not been disclosed.
