Disney removed all Russian accounts and sites

The Russian-language sites of the Disney company have become unavailable for viewing: when trying to access them, users are redirected to the English-language Disney.com resource. Russian-language social media accounts have probably been deleted by the owners.

Disney maintained accounts in Russian on VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Twitter and other social networks. YouTube also removed the Russian-language channels Disney and Star Wars Russia. Probably, the company will also stop renewing licenses for content for streaming services from Russia.

The Walt Disney Company suspended the work of all Russian divisions on March 11. However, earlier in the network appeared information that the studio is looking for channels for parallel imports of products to Russia. The representatives of the company did not make a statement regarding the removal of channels in social networks and other Russian-language pages.
