Disgaea 7 announced for Nintendo Switch, it will be released on January 26th

Nippon Ichi Software has just announced Disgaea 7, it will be available on Nintendo Switch.

The game has been confirmed for a launch in Japan on January 26, 2023. There has been no mention of a localization yet, but one will surely be announced later. Check out the first trailer for Disgaea 7 above.

In Disgaea 7, the story takes place in a world called “Hinomoto Netherworld Cluster”, which is inspired by Japanese culture. Our heroes will have to fight in this world to find their lost Bushido. Many characters drawn by Takehito Harada will appear, and the “replayability features” and “all-out combat systems” characteristic of the Disgaea series have been further improved. The “Onsen Netherworld”, where hot springs spit out evil spirits instead of water; the “Sardine Netherworld”, which exists in an oversized space sardine; the “Shikoku Netherworld”, which has a gigantic whirlpool that has destroyed countless demonic vessels; And so on…

In a world made up of several unique Hells, the inhabitants followed a different code from other demons called “Bushido”. Although that is a thing of the past. Hinomoto has changed since the arrival of Demon Admiral Opener and his Navy. Hinomoto’s demons abide by the laws Opener has established, called “Hinomoto Destroy Hatto”.

Disgaea 7 “first-print” copies include the “Glasses Costume Set” DLC, which lets you enjoy the outfits of seven characters with glasses, sunglasses, and visors.
