IEG has been coordinating discussion groups on SSC for over 10 years, conducting meetings and dynamics between participating companies. In total there are 6 groups in this format: Share, Coopera+, GESC, Inova, SOMAR and Transforma.
The groups bring together companies that have a shared services center, with the aim of promoting an environment to discuss best practices and exchange experiences related to the topic. Currently, these groups have the participation of more than 130 companies distributed throughout Brazil, which together have around 30 thousand employees working in the SSCs.
At meetings, each company updates participants on news and relevant projects that are underway or have recently been completed, to then discuss the topic chosen to be debated together, with case presentations that help generate reflections and insights.
With centers of different sizes and levels of maturity, the discussion becomes lively and constant, with benchmarking, research and meetings being carried out regularly. In 2023, around 30 meetings have already been held, covering the most varied topics, such as RPA, Productivity, Artificial Intelligence, Process Governance, Indicator Management and many others.
In addition to the meetings, companies that are part of the groups also participate in quick surveys that facilitate and organize the exchange of experiences on more specific topics that are not usually covered in meetings.
In 2023, more than 200 quick surveys on various topics have already been carried out, such as Self-Service, Credit Analysis, ESG, Process Outsourcing, among many others.
The groups are also present on WhatsApp through the largest community of CSCs in the country, for quick and more dynamic interactions between participants, generating more fluid and practical exchanges. Being able to communicate with several CSC leaders in a matter of minutes, members have a feeling of community, encouraging the sharing of information and strengthening networking.
