Ajman: An increase of 51.2 crore dirhams was recorded in rental contracts in Ajman in 2022 compared to 2020. These figures are stated in the annual report of Ajman Municipality. Residential contracts at 65,087, commercial contracts at 27,952 and investment contracts at 232 registered an increase of 28 percent. Director General of the Department Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi said the emirate has become attractive to residents, visitors, tourists and investors due to its qualities that ensure their well-being.
He noted that the emirate’s geographical location with other emirates has led to an increase in the number of residential, commercial and investment contracts. He explained that the municipality provides all kinds of incentives, facilities and support to residents and investors.
The figures show that the basic development facilities being prepared under the auspices of the Municipal Corporation are attracting more people to Ajman. Many development activities are being completed in various areas of Ajman as part of providing better and more facilities.
